Wednesday Forest Bathing in Surry

Service Description

We will meet by the trail at 1 pm for welcome and introductions. At that point, the cell phones are turned off and you will begin your journey into the forest to unplug and unwind. For almost 3 hours we will be forest bathing along a special trail that Martina has been creating for forest therapy. There are many spots to sit and enjoy nature. We will enjoy a tea ceremony, snack, and sharing of our experiences. Our journey will end at 5pm when we express our gratitude for the forest.
