Service Description

We will meet by the trail for welcome and introductions. At that point, the cell phones are turned off and you will begin your journey into the forest to unplug and unwind. For 2 hours we will be forest bathing along a special trail that Martina has been creating for forest therapy. There are many spots to sit and enjoy nature. We will enjoy a tea ceremony, snack, and sharing of our experiences. Our journey will end, and we will express our gratitude.
