Family Forest Bathing on Thursdays

Service Description

Are you looking to slow down and spend time in nature with your children? This 2 hour experience will provide a chance for you and your family to disconnect from technology and reconnect with the forest. Designed for families with children ages 15 and under (for older teens consider signing up for our other forest bathing events). We will begin with introductions to each other and to the practice of Shinrin Yoku. We'll engage in some invitations as a group and alone to interact with nature. We will finish with herbal tea, homemade snacks, and share our experiences (which is optional). It's $40 per person. Children 4 and under are free.
