If you answered mostly A's your digestion is working very well and you are able to obtain the proper energy from your food and experiences.
If you answered mostly B's, then there is something in your body that is imbalanced preventing you from living your full potential. The digestion class I'm teaching next week will be a great opportunity for you to learn how to improve your digestion and well being using the wisdom of Ayurveda!
