Healing Light Yoga

How would it feel to let go and truly relax and surrender your body? Healing Light Yoga is a practice of using the breath to move subtle energy and bring the light into your body. Heal yourself with very powerful and subtle techniques of mantra, mudra (hand positions), visualization, and marmas (pressure points). This class will happen each 2nd Monday of the month. $25 per person. Martina Dittmar, an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Spiritual Mentor, and Pranic Healer will guide this class.  Register ahead of time to reserve your space.
