Sacred Connection to the Land: Labyrinth Building

Learn to build a sacred connection to the land in your own life through labyrinths. Together we will learn how to work with the land to heal and connect with our subtle energy or chakras in our bodies. The labyrinth specifically works to heal our first chakra, which is our foundation and sense of belonging. After centering and becoming in tune with our first chakra, we will learn to create our own labyrinths on paper. We will then begin the preparation of a rock labyrinth in the woods in Surry. We will finish with homemade lunch and sharing time. All ages are welcome to attend (although the class is most appropriate for ages 8 and up).
